Lennar EI opens Hampton Glen,
Arbor Ridge within Providence
Model homes for Lennar's Arbor Ridge and Hampton Glen in Providence are in final construction and should open in January according to marketing manager Rene Merlau. The neighborhoods are part of the builder's Everything's Included package.
"The setting for these two beautiful gated communities offers all of the many amenities that will be included within the Providence master plan with the Spring Mountains as our backdrop," Merlau said.

Located in the valley's northwest, the master-planned community will include tree-lined promenades, community parks with soccer and baseball fields, tennis and volleyball courts.
Two elementary schools and a middle school are planned for construction.
The neighborhood of Arbor Ridge is priced from the $200,000s and offers four two-story home designs ranging from 1,450 to 1,804 square feet.
Each floor plan features three bedrooms, 21/2 baths and a two-car garage. Arbor Ridge's Willow floor plan offers 1,450 square feet with an open great room on the first floor centered by an L-shaped kitchen.
The 1,621-square-foot Laurel features a raised-staircase entry via a covered porch. The staircase leads up to the main living area while a second partial staircase leads down to a lower floor featuring a game room, bedrooms two and three, a full bath and direct access to the garage. The master bedroom suite and a guest powder room are located on the upper level as are the kitchen and great room area.
The 1,686-square-foot Cypress features a great room layout for the main living space, with the master bedroom and bath, and bedrooms two and three on the second level.
The Sycamore is the neighborhood's largest design and includes a covered porch with the front entry opening to the parlor.
The family room opens to the combination dining room and kitchen which features a pantry and island with bar counter seating.
The neighborhood of Hampton Glen is priced from the $300,000s and offers four larger two-story floor plans from 1,660 to 2,161 square feet.
The 1,823-square-foot Westport and 2,161-square-foot Kingsbury floor plans feature a balcony off the master suite and a covered patio.
As Everything's Included homes all appliances -- refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer -- are standard amenities. Window coverings, front-yard landscaping and granite kitchen countertops are also included in the price of each home.
To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway to the Hualapai Way exit, turn north on Hualapai to Elkhorn Road. Turn left (west) on Elkhorn. The sales office and models are open from Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., except Wednesday when they close at 3 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday when they close at 6 p.m.
