Community showcases three neighborhoods in North Las Vegas
Pardee Homes offers nine communities in North Las Vegas, including Vista Cielo, home to the builder's Capistrano, Cordova and Laguna neighborhoods.

Located off Losee Road, just south of Ann Road, Vista Cielo's three new home neighborhoods are interconnected via greenbelt areas and four small parks with amenities, including a playground, barbecue area and half-basketball court and community swimming pools.
The community offers 12 floor plans. Homes are priced from $257,200 to $336,450.
Laguna features a collection of two-story homes that offer up to four bedrooms and 21/2 baths in 2,331 square feet. The homes offer two-car garages, backyards, high-volume ceilings downstairs and upstairs laundry rooms. Prices start at $264,450.
Laguna Plan One has 1,577 square feet with three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, great room and a two-car garage. The home can be built with a loft in lieu of a third bedroom.
Plan Two includes 1,651 square feet with two bedrooms, 21/2 baths, and a den and two-car garage. It is also available with up to four bedrooms and three baths in 1,860 square feet.
The 1,820-square-foot Plan Three offers four bedrooms, 21/2 baths and a two-car garage. An optional game room is available, which brings the living space of the home to 1,999 square feet. A loft is also offered in lieu of a fourth bedroom.
Plan Four includes four bedrooms, 21/2 baths and two-car garage in 1,985 square feet. It is also available with up to 2,331 square feet of living space that includes an optional game room. A fourth bedroom also can be built as an optional loft.
Cordova features four floor plans that range from 1,521 to 2,379 square feet, with up to five bedrooms and three baths. Prices start at $284,450.
The neighborhood's single-story Residence One measures 1,521 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths and two-car garage. The home can be built with a den in lieu of a third bedroom.
Residence Two is also a single-story floor plan, measuring 1,732 square feet with four bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. A den is available in lieu of a fourth bedroom.
Residence Three measures 2,124 square feet with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a two-car garage with an optional den or dining room.
The 2,379-square-foot Residence Four offers three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, den, loft and two-car expanded garage. The floor plan is available with a fourth bedroom in lieu of the loft and a fifth bedroom and third bath in lieu of the den.
The gated Capistrano neighborhood features four floor plans that range from 1,462 to 1,888 square feet with three to four bedrooms, 21/2 to three baths and two-car garages. The homes also provide options for lofts, dens, kitchen nooks, tech areas and downstairs bedrooms. Lot sizes average 2,500 square feet and prices start at $257,200.
"Capistrano offers homes designed with front courtyard entries, providing a unique atmosphere for buyers," Tuvell said. "And, the homes provide the conveniences of two-car garages, backyards and upstairs laundry rooms."
To reach Vista Cielo, take Interstate 15 north to the Craig Road exit. Exit on Craig and turn left; travel west on Craig to Losee Road and turn right. The neighborhoods are ahead on the left, about one-half mile south of Ann Road.
