Meritage Homes is currently constructing new models in the master-planned community Providence in the valley northwest.
The builder's Northern Terrace community will offer 15 home designs within the four villages of Concord, Salem, Brookline and the gated Andover.

Single- and two-story layouts will range from 1,320 to 2,641 square feet with up to six bedrooms and four baths, and two- or three-car garages. Structural options include dens, master retreats, exercise rooms, bonus rooms and media expansions, based on floor plan. Pre-model prices start in the mid-$200,000s.
"We've made our mark in several pockets of the valley and now it's time for buyers to experience our refreshing home designs at Providence," said Jeannette Murphy, vice president of marketing for Meritage Homes, Las Vegas division.
"We've enjoyed much success with our Mountain's Edge communities in the southwest and Geyser Peak in the north. The same buying trend is under way at Northern Terrace."
The community will feature The Club at Northern Terrace, planned to open in early 2007. "We're extremely strategic about where we develop communities," Murphy said.
"Then we simply apply our proven model and create unmatched value. We're very pleased to have such a strong presence at Providence with our Northern Terrace community."
Providence is being developed with an American traditions theme with parks, trail system, central promenade, tree-lined boulevards and old-fashioned ball fields.
The temporary sales center at Northern Terrace is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Monday when it opens at 11 a.m. To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and exit Hualapai Way north. Turn left on Farm Road.
