"The Fairway Hills floor plans offer carefree yet elegant townhome living in one of the West's most exciting golf destinations," said Gary Mayo, group president of Toll Brothers. "We are confident that Fairway Hills will be as well received as our other successful communities within Summerlin."

Master suites will offer walk-in closets, soaking tubs with separate showers and his-and-her sinks with custom wood vanities.
