Seven Hills builders near closeout
Home sales are winding down in Seven Hills, a planned community where only five neighborhoods remain open. "Seven Hills has long been a popular choice among home buyers who appreciate the many benefits associated with ... planned living," said Dan Naef, vice president of community development for Silver Canyon Partnership. "However, the chance to purchase a brand-new home in this community will soon be coming to an end. All of the parcels allocated for production homes have been sold." Neighborhoods open for sales are: Renaissance by Pardee Homes, Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes, Palazzo Monte by US Home, Encore at Palatine Hill by Richmond American Homes, and Meridiana by Trident Homes. Residences are priced from the mid-$200,000s. In addition, custom-home sites remain available in the Venezia and Terracina neighborhoods by Silver Canyon Partnership, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. Lots are priced from the $170,000s to $1 million. The largest home site measures about an acre, and many offer views of the city, mountains or a nearby golf course. Seven Hills is a 1,300-acre community located in the foothills of Black Mountain. It will comprise more than 3,000 homes among 25 neighborhoods at buildout. About one-third of the acreage is dedicated to open space. Resident amenities include tree-lined walking trails, shaded rest areas, water fountains, and covered picnic areas. Also featured are neighborhood parks, as well as four city parks which variously feature basketball and tennis courts, soccer fields, volleyball quads, baseball fields, and playgrounds. To visit the information center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
