Turnberry Place exudes luxury

Living near the Strip in a high-rise residence offering views and amenities has lured buyers to Turnberry Place, according to John Riordan, vice president of sales.

"The Turnberry lifestyle can be described as a luxurious, private and secure home with low maintenance in a great location with spectacular views. As a resident, you have room service, limousine service, concierge service, 24-hour security and much more," Riordan said.

The $650 million condominium development is 1 1/2 years ahead of its projected construction schedule, and more than 450 residences have been sold.

Two of the planned four 40-story towers have been completed, with construction of the third tower under way and scheduled for completion in early 2004. Sales for the fourth tower are expected to begin in early 2003.

"When residents come home to Turnberry Place, they are greeted by valet attendants who park their cars and carry their parcels, and lobby personnel who greet them and relay their messages," Lisa G. Vogel, executive manager of the second tower, said.

Programmed elevator keys provide access to each residence's private lobby. The condos feature baths with Italian marble spa tubs, and kitchens with granite-topped European cabinetry, as well as Sub-Zero and Gagganeu appliances. Great rooms feature 9- and 10-foot ceilings and wraparound glass balconies.

Residents also receive membership to the $40 million Sterling Club.

Ten floor plans are available, measuring from 1,550 to 8,000 square feet.

The residences are priced from $500,000 to more than $5.25 million.

"In tower two, we have fully-furnished two-, three- and four-bedroom residences for those clients who are looking for a beautiful vacation or year-round home and want to be able to move right in," Riordan said.

The sales center is located at 2777 Paradise Road, south of Sahara Avenue. Office hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
