Stonehaven homes set for delivery

Only a few home sites plus six quick-delivery homes remain at Stonehaven, a Toll Bros. neighborhood in MacDonald Highlands.

Among Stonehaven's quick-delivery homes is a Messina plan, which provides three bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths in 3,723 square feet. Other areas include a great room, bonus room with a balcony, covered patio and three-car split garage. The home has low-E windows.

Also available are two Belleisle homes, one of which is a model. Both measure 3,200 square feet with three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a great room with a fireplace.

The Belleisle model home comes with furniture and a courtyard, while the other home has a spa tub in the master bedroom and a covered patio.

Three Haddington homes are ready for delivery.

The Haddington Heritage has four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a three-car garage. Highlights include a courtyard, family room with a fireplace, and master suite with a deck accessed by French doors.

At 4,340 square feet, both Haddington Classics homes feature five bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and a three-car garage. One home includes upgraded flooring and counter tops, as well as French doors leading to a deck off the master bedroom.

The quick-delivery homes are priced from the high $400,000s.

To preview the homes, take St. Rose Parkway to Valle Verde Drive, turn south, proceed to Horizon Ridge Parkway and follow the signs. Sales office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
