Little more than a dozen new homes remain available for sale within Siena, according to Jimmy Jones, a representative for the age-qualified village in Summerlin.
"The 15 new homes remaining at the exquisite community of Siena are each well-appointed with fully landscaped yard, shutters on all windows, garages with floor coatings and cabinets, appliances packages and upgraded granite counter tops," Jones said.

The all-single-story floor plans range from 1,040 to more than 3,000 square feet. Each home in the six Italian-themed collections offers a range of options. Select homes are available for immediate move-ins, including several models, which may be purchased with or without furniture.
At the center of the 665-acre community is the 18-hole Siena Golf Club. The par-72, daily-fee course is open to all ages, however, Siena residents receive special rates and tee times.
The clubhouse, located outside the community guard gate, features a pro shop, plus a full-service Italian-themed restaurant and bar with a fireside patio and a room for private receptions.
Among the amenities exclusively for residents are a health and fitness center with an indoor 25-yard pool and spa, an outdoor pool and spa, lighted tennis and bocce courts, exercise equipment, an exercise room, and private saunas and steam rooms. Also within the building is a full-service beauty salon and spa.
The community center provides facilities for social activities, classes and organizations. It includes a ballroom, computer lab, painting facility, sewing and quilting center, room for fine arts and ceramics, music room, game rooms, a business center, private meetings rooms, a library and offices for the activities staff.
To visit, take Flamingo Road or the Las Vegas Beltway to Town Center Drive, go south to Siena Monte Avenue and follow the signs. The sales office is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
