Sales have been brisk in the third tower at the Residences at MGM Grand condominium hotel, according to the developer.
Units in the first two towers are sold out, and all three towers are under construction.

"Sales and construction are further along than originally anticipated as demand for this unique project continues to exceed expectations," sales director Dan Riordan said. "More and more people are discovering the numerous advantages to owning a second home at an established major Strip resort."
Each condominium-hotel tower will rise 40 stories with 576 residences.
"The Residences offers an amenity-rich, low-maintenance lifestyle," Riordan said. "We provide a turnkey lifestyle that appeals to those looking for a part-time or full-time residence."
The third tower offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom combination suites. Prices range from $600,000 to more than $2.5 million.
Each unit provides crown molding, raised-panel doors, high-speed voice/data connectivity, granite counter tops, Italian kitchen cabinetry and private closets for owners.
Residents will have access to the amenities of MGM Grand, including its casino, five swimming pools, day spa, restaurants and shopping outlets.
Each tower will feature a 24-hour front desk and concierge, in-suite dining and a guarded entrance. In addition, residents can enjoy fitness centers and pools.
A sales office with a two-bedroom model residence is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily in MGM Grand's Studio Walk.
