Turnberry built with Smart Home features

Residents of Turnberry Towers will be able to request their car from valet, communicate with the front desk, schedule a maintenance appointment or discover the latest in dining and entertainment -- all with just the push of a button.

These are among the options available in Smart Home technology, a featured amenity in each condominium unit at the gated high-rise development.

The one-bedroom residence with 1 1/2 baths features an open kitchen design which branches out to the great-room, and a counter bar.

The two-bedroom residences include dens and feature two baths, living rooms and floor-to-ceiling windows.

In the west tower are the two-bedroom, two-bath residences, which flow through the entire floor to provide views of the Strip and mountains.

Situated on the top 12 floors of each tower are the three-bedroom residences, which feature balconies.

Each of the contemporary-designed residences will be finished with Italian marble baths and spa tubs, granite-topped European kitchen cabinetry, appliances and 9-foot ceilings. Prices start from $500,000 to more than $1.3 million.

The development is located at Paradise Road and Karen Avenue. Completion is expected in 2008, with the dual 45-story towers housing 636 units.

Each tower will feature a fitness facility, an outdoor pool with sundeck, landscaping, tennis, valet and 24-hour security.

The sales office and furnished model unit are located at 222 Karen Ave. Sales office hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

The project is a development of Turnberry Associates. The company's other local ventures include Turnberry Place, another high-rise condominium project, as well as The Residences at MGM, a hotel-condominium development built in conjunction with the MGM Grand on the resort's northeast corner.
