Homes ready for holiday move-ins at Diamond Creek

Pulte Homes is offering an opportunity to move into a new home at its Diamond Creek neighborhood in time for the holidays. Located in northwest Las Vegas, the neighborhood offers amenities such as a 1-acre park.

Seven homes are available for move-in by the end of the year and include two 1653 Plans, three 1695 Plans and two 2284 Plans.

The single- and two-story homes are priced from $158,990 to $189,990.

Each home is adorned with two-tone, semi-gloss paint throughout, overhead lighting and a multimedia package that includes telephone and cable wiring in all bedrooms.

The single-story 1653 Plan features three bedrooms and two baths. Both available homes have covered front patios, and upgraded tile and carpeting. One, situated on a corner lot, is priced at $170,290. The other, located at the end of a cul-de-sac, is priced at $174,590.

Slightly larger is the 1695 Plan, which offers four bedrooms, a great room and two baths. All three available homes of this plan include upgraded flooring and are priced from $176,335.

The 2284 Plan, a two-story home with five bedrooms and three baths, includes cultured-marble vanity tops in the baths, maple cabinets and a soft-water loop. Two are available, priced from $197,657.

Veterans may qualify for $1-down VA loans. VA loans are available for a limited time, and are only good on homes that will close before the end of 2001.

All of the builder's homes feature Environments for Living building technology and are recognized by the Environmental Protection Agency as Energy Star homes. The builder offers a two-year guarantee on heating and cooling cost savings.
