KB Home unveils models at Granite Peaks
KB Home has opened models at its newest neighborhood in the Summerlin master-planned community. Granite Peaks is being built in The Ridgebrook village and offers five all-new floor plans from the builder. Ranging from 1,800 to 2,550 square feet, the homes offer a number of options including balconies and covered front porches in some plans. Prices start in the $180,000s. The neighborhood provides mountain views and is located west of Interstate 215. To tour the model homes, take Interstate 215 to Town Center Drive and go north. Turn left at Desert Primrose and follow it to the left as it changes to Spotted Leaf Lane. The sales office is on the right. To the north of Granite Peaks, the builder has homes available at Portofino, which is situated within The Vistas village in Summerlin. Buyers can choose from six single- and two-story floor plans, measuring from 1,251 to 1,860 square feet with two to four bedrooms. Prices start from the $140,000s. To visit Portofino, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue, then head west to Carriage Hill Drive. Go right on the roundabout to Park Vista Drive, then go south. The neighborhood is on the left. The neighborhoods' sales offices and model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. In addition to Nevada, KB Home builds in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado and Texas. Kaufman & Broad S.A., the company's majority-owned subsidiary, operates in France.
