Sun City Anthem incentives extended

Home buyers at Del Webb's Sun City Anthem age-qualified community in Henderson can capitalize on holiday bargains until year's end, according to sales agents.

"There's still time to get in on some ... substantial discounts resulting in free options," Jim Bond, sales agent, said. "These builder incentives will apply to anyone who completes the purchase of their home before year-end when buyers pay cash or finance through Del Webb Mortgage."

The community offers 19 models, ranging from 1,080 to 3,009 square feet and more through the developer's Gold Key program. Buyers can choose from several series of homes, which are priced from the high $130,000s to more than $500,000.

One series is The Cottages, which features two plans: the Hancock, which measures 1,080 square feet; and the Hamilton, which is 1,160 square feet.

The Classics series, which ranges from 1,235 to 1,596 square feet, offers the Washington, Jefferson and Monroe plans. Each has two bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage with space for a golf cart.

The Patriot, Colonial, Independence, Cambridge, Liberty and Arlington models comprise the Premiers series where floor plans range from 1,675 to 2,234 square feet. Features, per plan, include split bedrooms, a country kitchen with an island workstation, and optional hobby room.

The Estates collection includes the Lexington, which measures 2,411 square feet; the Concord at 2,510 square feet; the Monticello at 2,752 square feet; and the Anthem, a 3,009-square-foot home.

One of the inventory homes available for quick move-in is a Monticello model located near the second of two 18-hole championship golf courses created by PGA Tour player Billy Casper and architect Greg Nash. The new clubhouse offers Buckman's restaurant and a pro shop.

The model features an entry foyer, island kitchen and Nevada room for entertaining, as well as an owner bedroom, covered patio and a three-car garage. Prices start at $303,400.

Community amenities include Anthem Center, a 75,000-square foot facility with an indoor track, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a computer lab, fitness center, craft rooms, library, tennis courts, billiards and other social and recreational opportunities. Trumpets Restaurant and Lounge is open to the public.

To visit the model village, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway. The models are open daily from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
