Anthem Country Club homes ready for occupancy
An Aria model with several upgrades near Anthem Country Club's championship golf course is ready for a quick move-in. This model is in the Barrington neighborhood, backing up to the nearby foothills in Henderson. "The Aria is one of our favorite home plans. It's perfect for families that often entertain guests," sales and marketing executive Steve O'Connor said. The Aria measures 3,961 square feet and includes three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, formal living and dining rooms, a den, and an owner suite measuring near 600 square feet. The kitchen features maple cabinets, granite slab counter tops and upgraded appliances. There is also upgraded flooring and skylights. The home also has a four-car garage. Prices start at $680,591. "The advantage of these selected inventory homes is the ability to move in quickly," O'Connor said. "All design selections have been made by our professional design team, and this advantage appeals to many of our members." The guard-gated country club is part of Del Webb Corp.'s Anthem, a 5,000-acre master-planned community in Henderson. The club offers 20 floor plans in four collections of homes: the Impressionist, Baroque, Romantic and Renaissance. Homes measure from 1,275 to 5,797 square feet and are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. Custom-home sites are also available with city, mountain and golf course views. Lots are priced from $175,000 to more than $650,000. With the purchase of a home or home site at the country club, homeowners receive a social membership. Members have access to restaurants; an athletic club; swimming pool; tennis courts; aerobics studio; and basketball, volleyball and tennis courts. The athletic club also includes a full-service salon. To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, about three miles past St. Rose Parkway, formerly Lake Mead Drive. The sales office and models are open daily from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
