Emily Yu can't wait until her new Engle home in Rivendell at Mountain's Edge is completed.
"I love the fact that the homes are all single-story" Yu said.

Yu purchased the Plan Two Wellington, measuring 2807 square feet. The plan has three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, den and a three-car garage. The plan options are a casita, fourth bedroom or master retreat.
To visit Rivendell, take Interstate 15 to the Blue Diamond Road exit, go west, left onto Buffalo Drive and right into Mountain's Edge Parkway into Rivendell. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
