Pre-model prices are being offered at Meritage Homes' Northern Terrace within Providence master-planned community, according to Jeannette Murphy, vice president of marketing for Meritage Homes, Las Vegas Division.
"Construction on our model homes is moving along at a rapid clip," Murphy said. "The model complex will open soon, but buyers aren't waiting. They're flocking to Northern Terrace now to lock in the lowest prices they'll ever encounter at our newest community."

Pre-model prices start in the mid-$200,000s. Model homes are expected to open in January.
Northern Terrace consists 15 home designs within four distinct villages -- Concord, Salem, Brookline and the gated neighborhood of Andover.
The villages include single- and two-story designs measuring from 1,320 to 2,641 square feet and offer as many as six bedrooms, four baths and two- or three-car garages. Customization options allow for dens, master retreats, exercise rooms, bonus rooms and media expansions, based on home design.
Three exterior elevations featuring arched entries, curved windows, shutters and stonework are available per home plan.
Community amenities include The Club at Northern Terrace, a fully staffed multi-million dollar recreation center. The clubhouse will feature three swimming pools and a spa with shade canopies. Scheduled to open in 2007, the resident-only facility will include a fitness center, indoor and outdoor play centers for children, a barbecue area and entertainment great room.
An American traditions theme will run through the Providence master plan.
The theme will carry through the design of community parks, a trail system, central promenade, tree-lined boulevards and old-fashioned ball fields.
The temporary sales center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., except Mondays when it opens at 11 a.m.
