Toll Brothers features bonus rooms at Mountain's Edge

Mirasol neighborhood targets buyers who need personalized space

Bonus rooms in the Toll Brothers' Mirasol neighborhood have become creative outlets for home buyers in the Mountain's Edge community, according to the builder, as they personalize the additional space into everything from children's fantasy worlds to family theaters.

Mirasol's Botticelli model makes use of its bonus area as a media room outfitted with surround sound, theatre chairs, a screen that drops from the ceiling and an entertainment equipment niche.

The bonus room of the Bellini model can be designed as a girl's play area with a built-in play kitchen, doll house and chest to store toys.

In the Trapani model, the bonus room is an additional bedroom, one of the most popular uses of this space. A closet and bath have been added for family and guests.

Mirasol is a European-inspired neighborhood offering two home collections -- beginning in the mid-$500,000s, the Monterossa Collection offers the Bellini, the Trapani and the Botticelli floor plans, ranging from 2,600 to 3,142 square feet. The Balboa Collection features four floor plans -- the Miramar, Sonoma, Solano and Verano. Ranging from 2,494 to 3,151 square feet, prices in this collection begin in the low $500,000s.

Bonus room, pool or courtyard landscaping, are among the choices included with the purchase of a home in the Mirasol neighborhood, according to the builder. Residents of Mirasol have access to the neighborhood's private pool and cabana, in addition to the Mountain's Edge master plan amenities, which include five community parks, trail system and 300-acre regional park featuring athletic fields, ramadas and tot lots.

The sales office and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For additional information, call 454-1125.
