KB starts presales for Aliante homes
KB Home has begun presales for its neighborhoods within the new Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas. "Aliante is expected to be a fast-growing, family-oriented community and KB Home is excited to be preselling three home series," said Leah Bryant, president of KB Home's Las Vegas division. "I think home shoppers will be impressed with the community and the variety of homes KB Home is offering." Developed by North Valley Enterprises, the community will feature recreational amenities such as open spaces and parks. Planned parks include a 20-acre Nature Discovery Park, a dinosaur-themed park, an amphitheater, picnic area and sports courts. Plans for the dinosaur-themed park include an oversized dinosaur head, walk-through dinosaur rib cage, tail slide, dig area, fossil wall and dinosaur eggs in various stages of development. There also will be a play area with a spraying serpent and a pterodactyl-themed shade structure. Other plans include a trail system, natural arroyo and a 6,900-yard, par-72 municipal golf course. The Aliante master plan will incorporate two elementary schools, a middle school, fire station and library. Proposed commercial development will include a shopping center and office parks. Featuring one- and two-story homes, the builder's San Destin Ravello series offers five floor plans, ranging from 1,231 to 1,947 square feet. They include two to four bedrooms, two or 2 1/2 baths, and two-car garages. The San Destin Tivoli series features six floor plans, including one- and two-bedroom homes ranging from 1,717 to 2,546 square feet. The homes feature three to five bedrooms, two to three baths, and two-car garages. The San Destin Palazzo series offers six floor plans, measuring from 2,022 to 3,803 square feet. The one- and two-story homes offer three to six bedrooms, two to four baths, and three-car garages. Sales information is available at the builder's Iron Mountain Ranch neighborhood. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road, head east to Jones Boulevard and turn left. Drive three miles to Grand Teton Drive, turn right, proceed to Sterling Moon Drive and turn right. The sales office is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. The builder operates a full-service design center, in addition to a home finding center.
