Green Valley Corporate Center expands

Construction and pre-leasing activities continue at Green Valley Corporate Center, a 90-acre office park developed by American Nevada Corp. in Henderson.

The three-story, class-A building measures 68,000 square feet and is located at 2370 Corporate Circle.

"This new building will offer excellent visibility from Interstate 215, plus all of the amenities and advantages of a master-planned business park, surrounded by four master-planned communities," leasing and sales executive Mike Dunn said. "Additionally, the surrounding Green Valley area provides a diversified population and employment base; a variety of excellent housing opportunities; and convenience to retail, medical, restaurant and child-care facilities."

Construction is expected to be completed by April.

Green Valley Corporate Center is on the northwest corner of Green Valley Parkway and Interstate 215. In addition to class-A space, it offers class-B/back office, as well as single-story office space.

All buildings within the center feature redundant fiber-optic technologies, power capabilities and cable.

American Nevada Corp. specializes in the design and development of master-planned communities and commercial properties. Along with being the primary developer of Green Valley and Green Valley Ranch, the company is also the managing partner of Silver Canyon Partnership, developer of the Seven Hills community in Henderson; and North Valley Enterprises, developer of the Aliante community in North Las Vegas.

The company has a commercial portfolio of more than 2.1 million square feet and has an additional 5 million square feet planned for development.
