Sales begin at Barrington

Barrington, a neighborhood by Toll Bros., is located in The Vistas village within the Summerlin master-planned community. Sales are under way at the neighborhood, which features four floor plans.

The one- and two-story homes showcase European-inspired architecture and courtyard entries.

Homes are priced from the high $400,000s.

Offering two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths is the single-story Marcello, which also features a great room, computer room, den, and kitchen with dining area. Prices start from $462,975.

The two-story Messina can be built with as many as five bedrooms. It also includes a front porch and a formal entry leading into the great room, which contains a fireplace and media niche. The first-floor master suite accesses the backyard patio, and features walk-in closets, a Roman tub, separate shower and dual vanities. The home is priced from $507,975.

Also available is the Cellini, which is centered around a courtyard and features four bedrooms and three baths. The kitchen has a double wall oven, pantry and dining area. Within the master suite is a bath with spa, separate shower and dual vanities. It is priced from $516,975.

The Catania surrounds a central courtyard, where an outdoor fireplace is optional. Featuring three bedrooms, a den and two baths, it also contains a formal dining room and master suite. Options allow for a guest suite or bonus room. The price starts at $521,975.

The Marcello, Cellini and Catania will be represented with model homes, which are scheduled to open next month.

To visit the sales center, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue, turn west and proceed to Carriage Hill Drive. Turn south and go to Vista Run Drive, turn west to Roma Nord Place and turn left. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
