Final four residences await buyers at Palazzo Monte in Seven Hills

The Palazzo Monte neighborhood in the Seven Hills community has started its final phase of sales with four homes remaining, according to sales agent Greg Kozlowicz.

Priced from the low $300,000s, homes in the gated neighborhood are being built by US Home. Floor plans range from 2,550 to 4,500 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and a loft.

"We are very close to being sold out, but we still have a great selection of floor plans including one recently completed Roma plan, which is ready for immediate move-in," Kozlowicz said.

The Roma home features four bedrooms and four baths in 4,321 square feet.

"This home is perfect for families or for any buyer who appreciates an added measure of luxury and spaciousness," Kozlowicz said. "The Roma design is one of our most popular plans and this home offers magnificent city and mountain views. It is ... priced at $543,990."

A development of Silver Canyon Partnership, Seven Hills is located in the foothills of Black Mountain in Henderson. The 1,300-acre community will comprise more than 3,000 homes in 25 neighborhoods.

Additional neighborhoods open for sales are: Renaissance by Pardee Homes, Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes, Meridiana by Trident Homes, and Encore at Palatine Hill by Richmond American Homes. Custom-home sites are available in the Venezia and Terracina neighborhoods by Silver Canyon Partnership, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp.

Floor plans at neighborhoods throughout the community are priced from the mid-$200,000s. Remaining home sites are priced from the $170,000s to $1 million. Homes and lots are available with views of the surrounding mountains, a nearby golf course and the city.

Several recreational amenities are situated throughout the community, including tree-lined walking trails, shaded rest areas, water fountains, covered picnic areas and pavilions. About one-third of the community's acreage is dedicated to open space, including four city parks.

The city parks -- Allegro, Puccini, Vivaldi and Sonata -- are designed to complement the natural terrain of the area. They include basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball quads, and playgrounds.

To visit the information center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
