Pardee reaches `final four' at Renaissance

Four terraced home sites overlooking a nearby golf course remain for sale in Pardee Homes' Renaissance neighborhood in Seven Hills.

The 1,300-acre community in Henderson features several city and neighborhood parks and miles of trails and walkways.

Prices start from $308,750 to $396,250.

Options include secondary suites, bay windows, French doors at courtyard entries, wrought-iron balustrades on staircases, lofts, game rooms, bonus rooms, a bar off of the family room in one plan, and a wraparound balcony in another model.

Kitchens feature granite counter tops; faucets with pull-out sprayers; oak cabinetry; pantries; and appliance packages including five-burner cook tops, built-in microwave/oven combinations, vent hoods and dishwashers. Options include expanded room for commercial-grade appliances.
