Vialetto is priced from the high $100,000s with floor plans measuring from 1,520 to 2,100 square feet. Home buyers can visit the Diamond Creek sales office in northwest Las Vegas for more information. An on-site sales center is expected to open soon. Coming to The Vistas village in Summerlin are the Summerfield, Hillstone and Paradiso developments, which are all in presales. Summerfield features two-story floor plans, ranging from 1,583 to 1,890 square feet with prices starting from the high $100,000s. Hillstone's single-story floor plans measure from 1,520 to 1,881 square feet and are priced from the low $200,000s. Paradiso's single- and two-story designs range from 3,000 to 3,448 square feet and are priced from the low $400,000s. The builder will soon step up activity at its northwestern valley Silverstone Ranch development, where homes will be built around the Silverstone Golf Club. Several series of homes will be available, measuring from about 1,400 to 3,400 square feet with prices starting from the low $200,000s to the $600,000s. Presales begin this month at the Silverstone Ranch Home Finding Center for Series Four and Series Five homes, which range from 1,913 to 3,448 square feet. The Anthem Highlands neighborhood in Henderson, located just south of the Anthem Visitor Center, will open in mid-2003. Five neighborhoods will offer floor plans ranging from 1,500 to 3,400 square feet. Prices are expected to start from the high $100,000s. "We are really excited to build a brand-new Pulte community of this size in the south part of the valley," sales manager Todd Hahn said. "We have already received a lot of interest from buyers who love the Green Valley/Henderson area and are eager to have a new Pulte community there." Each home the company builds includes the Platinum Series Environments for Living building technology. In addition to being recognized by the federal Energy Star program, such homes come with a two-year heating and cooling cost guarantee. Pulte has operations in more than 44 markets nationwide. Its Del Webb brand is a leading builder of age-qualified communities.
