Construction on the third 40-story tower at Turnberry Place, a high-rise development on Paradise Road, is progressing, while 60 percent of its condominiums are sold. Ten floor plans are available, ranging from 1,550 to 8,000 square feet and priced from $500,000 to more than $5.25 million. The sales office is located at 2777 Paradise Road, and is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visitors can tour a 2,825-square-foot model that simulates the view from the 27th floors of two towers.
