Pulte readies Hillstone homes
Two homes will be available for move-in this spring at Pulte Homes' new Hillstone neighborhood in The Vistas village in Summerlin. The neighborhood features single-story floor plans measuring from 1,520 to 1,881 square feet and priced from $288,990 to $313,990. Two 1,662-square-foot designs will be available. The first, to be ready by March, features three bedrooms, two baths, granite counter tops, a fireplace and a two-car garage. It is priced at $314,640. Set for completion by April, the second home also offers three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. There is still time to select additional options, including flooring. The home is priced at $322,590. "Hillstone represents the true definition of charm and quality living," Susan Allen, general sales manager for the builder, said. "This community caters to those who desire an extensive list of high-level specifications in their home." Amenities include raised-panel oak cabinets and crown molding, Corian counter tops, a built-in self-cleaning oven and one-touch faucet in the kitchen; integrated wiring; a finished garage with door opener; a soft water loop; a barbecue stub; and prewiring for security and audio systems. In addition to being recognized as Energy Star homes by the Environmental Protection Agency for their efficiency, homes feature the builder's Platinum Series Environments for Living technology and offer a three-year heating- and cooling-cost guarantee. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue, go west to Carriage Hill Drive and turn left. Turn right on Vista Run Drive and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon. The builder offers 19 new-home neighborhoods in the valley including Paradiso, Summerfield, Miramonte and Escala in Summerlin; Silverstone Ranch and Wyeth Ranch in the northwest; Serenata and Vialetto in the Aliante master plan in North Las Vegas; and Anthem Highlands in Henderson.
