Southern Highlands' sales soar
Views, floor plans and a location in the southwestern valley attract buyers to San Sevino, Southwest Homes' newest neighborhood in the Villages at Southern Highlands, according to company President Todd Slusher. "We are pleased with the buyer demand for the homes in San Sevino," Slusher said. "The community offers spacious floor plans, a variety of amenities and gorgeous views of the city, surrounding mountains and the Southern Highlands golf course." Since opening six months ago, 47 homes have sold. The gated neighborhood offers five models, as well as 551-square-foot casitas. The Galileo, measuring 2,735 square feet, and the Dante, measuring 3,104 square feet, are single-story floor plans with four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a three-car garage. Leonardo is a two-story, 3,598-square-foot design with five bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a three-car garage. The two-story Donatella measures 4,240 square feet and has six bedrooms, a loft, study, 4 1/2 baths and a three-car garage. Measuring 4,744 square feet, the two-story Francesca offers five bedrooms including a downstairs master suite, 3 1/2 baths, a library and a three-car garage. Prices start from $383,990 to $452,990. The Villages at Southern Highlands showcases designs by several builders. Homes range in price from the $170,000s to the $600,000s. Model complexes are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
