Esprit's amenities, value attract buyers
The Esprit at Stonegate condominium development in the southeastern valley reported strong sales during the recent holiday weekend. "We were quite busy," sales agent Ken Kelsey said. "A lot of people had family in from out of town and they took advantage of our great weather to go out house hunting. There's nothing like having mom and dad around when you're making a big decision such as buying a home." Kelsey said the development features entry-level homes. "At Esprit, a family can move into a lovely home in resort surroundings for less than $100,000," he said. Resort-like amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pools, gated entry, and mature trees. Two- and three-bedroom condominiums are priced from the high $90,000s. The Spirit model offers two bedrooms and two baths in 960 square feet. The 970-square-foot Aurora floor plan also has two bedrooms and two baths. The three-bedroom, two-bath Eclipse design measures 1,200 square feet. Upstairs units have wood-burning fireplaces and skylights in the baths of the master suites. During the grand opening, a washer, dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher are included with each purchase. Stonegate Condominiums is developing the complex. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Boulder Highway, go southeast to Lamb Boulevard and turn north. Proceed to Vegas Valley Drive and head east past Nellis Boulevard.
