Named for a village on the Italian island of Sardinia, Borgata offers condominium units in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

The units are priced from the mid-$100,000s, which is one reason Lee Chan purchased a residence.

"This was the best financial move possible for us," Chan said. "We finally said to each other, it's time to stop throwing our money away on rent every month and get a place we can own. And we found the perfect blend of luxury and affordability at Borgata. We love it."

Four plans are available.

The layouts range from the 717-square-foot Ambrose with one bedroom and one bath, to the 1,170-square-foot Marcellus, which has three bedrooms and two baths. Both the Callisto and Geneva plans come with two bedrooms and two baths. They measure, 947 and 994 square feet, respectively.

Borgata is located at 4400 S. Jones Blvd.
