The neighborhood, situated adjacent to DragonRidge Country Club, features a palm-tree gated entry and offers city views. Prices start from $1.3 million.

The developer has also released hillside neighborhhoods with a higher elevation.

Glenbrook features 14 custom-home sites, and an oasis-themed gated entry. Buyers can choose from mountaintop to hillside acreage with city and mountain views. Custom lots range from .94 acres to 1.76 acres and are priced from $990,000 to $1.65 million.
