For home shopper Brian Grubb, a location within Summerlin and a low-maintenance lifestyle were top priorities. He found both at Carlisle, a condominium development.
"I chose a condo over a home because I didn't want to have to worry about yard maintenance and other burdens that come with ownership," said Grubb, a first-time home buyer. "It's nice to be able to spend my free time on activities I enjoy, and living at Carlisle has brought me closer to my friends and other places that I frequent after work."

The Aldridge townhome, priced from the low $300,000s, provides three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a kitchen that opens to a dining area and patio. The floor plan is priced from the low $300,000s.
The four single-story designs range from the one-bedroom, one-bath Clifton model to the three-bedroom, two-bath Cambourne. They are priced from the high $100,000s to the $270,000s.
Additional features, per plan, include garages, balconies, patios, walk-in closets, oversized tubs, and vanities with granite counter tops.
The complex is located at 10250 N. Covington Cross Drive, just off of Town Center Drive and Summerlin Parkway. The sales office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
