Wagner Homes registers 40 sales in two months

Wagner Homes is entering the holiday season with 40 new home sales during the past two months within its five Day Dawn neighborhoods in the northwest valley -- Day Dawn Crossing and Day Dawn Crossing II, Day Dawn Fusion and Day Dawn Vista.

An $80,000 incentive toward mortgage payments, options, upgrades and/or closing costs, brought strong home buyer response, according to the builder-owner Paul Wagner. There are only six homes remaining, he said.

"Our response has been so phenomenal that we have been forced to open future phases much sooner than we had anticipated," Wagner said. "We are looking for more land to meet the demand."

Ranging from 1,309 to 3,000 square feet, floor plans offer one- and two-story layouts with two to five bedrooms. Standard amenities include Energy Star certification with an upgraded 14 SEER air conditioning system, Honeywell programmable thermostat with electronic zone control; low-e tinted windows with tan anodized aluminum frames; R-38 ceiling insulation; cellulose insulation up to R-23 in selected areas and quick-recovery 40-gallon A.O. Smith gas hot water heaters.

Additional amenities include Elastomeric exterior paint, 9-foot walls with vaulted ceilings, commercial stucco finish, Therma True fiberglass insulated entry doors and 20-foot ceilings in the two-story models.

Prices start in the low-$300,000s.

Wagner Homes neighborhoods include Day Dawn Crossing and Day Dawn Crossing II at Durango Road and Grand Teton Drive; Day Dawn Fusion at Fort Apache and Alexander roads and Day Dawn Vista at Deer Springs Way and Fort Apache Road. The models and offices are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
