The Residences at MGM Grand's towers A and B are complete, and Tower C is under construction on the northeast end of MGM Grand's property on the Las Vegas Strip. It will be completed next year. The high-rise is a joint venture between MGM MIRAGE and South Florida-based developer Turnberry Ltd.
Residences are designer furnished, and buyers can choose from junior, one- and two-bedroom suites. Less then 90 residences remain for sale in Tower C with prices ranging from $650,000 to more than $2.5 million. Towers A and B are sold out.

Condominium suites boast crown moldings, raised-panel wood doors, plush wall-to-wall bedroom carpeting, high-speed voice/data connectivity, granite countertops, Snaidero imported Italian kitchen cabinetry and private owners' closets for added storage space. Sub-Zero refrigeration, Miele appliances, baths with Jacuzzi tubs and ultra-thin, flat screen HDTVs are also included.
