Red Rock releases lots in Enclaves
Red Rock Country Club is releasing homes priced from $290,000 on non-golf course home sites today at its Enclaves neighborhood in Summerlin. "The Enclaves is nestled in the southeast portion of the community, offering a private enclosed back yard and a rare opportunity to be off of the golf course," sales executive Karin Stiles said. Stiles said Enclaves lots are less expensive because they are away from the golf course. "While many of our buyers choose a home that's on the golf course, several others desire a home away from the course and an opportunity such as this does not come around very often," she said. These homes include one- and two-story designs, ranging from 2,155 to 3,451 square feet. Each of the four plans in the Acacia Collection offers three architectural styles: Spanish Colonial, Tuscan and Italianate. The homes include courtyards, covered patios, optional golf cart garages and three-car garages. The builder's design center can assist homeowners with design enhancements and customizing features. Plan 1204, a 3,451-square-foot home, features an L-shaped design with as many as five bedrooms; 4 1/2 baths; an island kitchen; family room with fireplace and media niche; and owner bedroom with retreat, media niche and optional fireplace. Plan 1102 measures 2,503 square feet with three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, and a kitchen with a dining bar and nook. It also features a fireplace, media niche and optional wet bar. Homes within the guard-gated country club, developed by Sunrise Colony Co., are priced from $290,000 to more than $2 million. The one- and two-story designs measure from 2,100 to 8,000 square feet and offer as many as six bedrooms and a four-car garage. Amenities include two golf courses, a practice facility, locker rooms, steam rooms, lounges and media center. A 44,000-square-foot clubhouse, offering restaurants, a pro shop and meeting rooms, is scheduled for completion in January and overlooks the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. A New Year's Eve grand opening party for members is planned. A one-year social membership is included with each home purchase through the end of the year, pending approval. A sports club has exercise equipment, saunas, steam rooms, an aerobics studio, locker rooms, and a supervised play center. An aquatic center features several pools, a spa, splash-and-spray mini-park, and outdoor grill. The tennis facility features nine lighted, hard-surface courts, including a stadium court. To visit, take Sahara Avenue west, past Town Center Drive, and follow the signs. Office hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Also in Summerlin, Sunrise Colony Co. is building the Siena age-qualified community.
