Southern Terrace to join Perma-Bilt's offerings
With the success of Perma-Bilt Homes' Modena and Naples neighborhoods in the southwestern valley, the builder is preparing to introduce its Southern Terrace community in 2001, according to sales executive Ruth Ochoa. The community will feature four neighborhoods offering 15 floor plans. "The success of Modena and Naples is a strong indicator of just how hot the southwest continues to be for new home sales," Ochoa said. Modena and Naples are both located off of Grand Canyon Drive, north of Tropicana Avenue. Both opened in early 1999. Southern Terrace's boundaries are Russell Road, Patrick Lane, Fort Apache Road and Hualapai Way. A grand opening is scheduled for second quarter 2001 and will feature a community clubhouse, with swimming pools, workout facilities and barbecue areas. Naples, a gated neighborhood with homes priced from the $140,000s to the $150,000s, offers homes ranging from 1,550 to 2,064 square feet. The Marsala plan measures 1,537 square feet with three bedrooms, a loft, 2 1/2 baths, an island kitchen with a pantry, upstairs laundry room, and two-car garage. The Bergamo plan has four bedrooms, options for a bonus room or loft, 2 1/2 baths, a dining room, living room, and two-car garage. It measures 1,551 square feet. The Trieste plan measures 1,888 square feet with four bedrooms, an optional bonus room, 2 1/2 baths, an island kitchen with a pantry, dining room, living room, and two-car garage. The San Severo measures 2,064 square feet with four bedrooms, an optional loft, three baths, dining room, living room, an optional downstairs den or fourth bedroom, and two-car garage. Modena offers four floor plans, ranging from 1,362 to 2,363 square feet. Prices start from the $140,000s. A private swimming pool is available to all residents. The model homes and sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
