Pulte Homes offers special year-end incentive at The Greens
Pulte Homes is offering a golf course lifestyle at The Greens, a neighborhood within the Stallion Mountain Country Club community in the southeastern valley. In addition, the builder is offering a year-end incentive worth as much as $10,000 with the purchase of select homes ready for move-ins. Homes are priced from $191,000 to $243,990. The Bay Hill plan measures 2,476 square feet and includes an owner suite with a sitting room and walk-in closet. There are also three additional bedrooms and a formal dining room or optional fourth bedroom/den. The exterior provides a three-car garage. A casita with bath is available with the Doral plan, a 2,726-square-foot home. This plan can be built with three bedrooms, not including the casita, or two bedrooms and an optional den or sitting room in the owner suite. The kitchen has a nook and pantry. Outside, there is a two-car garage with additional space for storage. The Heron Bay plan can be built with as many as four bedrooms with a den option in 2,881 square feet. The owner suite is highlighted by a walk-in closet, dual-sink vanities and a separate tub and shower. The kitchen has a center island and nook. All of the homes feature the Engineered for Life Platinum Series Guarantee, which means they use 30 percent less energy for heating, cooling and water heating than a standard home. The homes also are equipped with high-tech wiring. Standard features include front-yard landscaping, stucco eaves, and a covered front porch and/or courtyard, per plan. The interiors offer 10-foot ceilings, fireplaces and media niches. "Homeowners at Stallion Mountain enjoy the atmosphere of a golf course community with guard-gated entrance, beautiful views and peaceful environment," sales and marketing executive Tom Callahan said. The builder is also developing two other neighborhoods at Stallion Mountain. The Links offers four single-story floor plans ranging from 1,190 to 1,619 square feet with prices starting at $127,990. The neighborhood offers a maintenance-free lifestyle and includes front-yard landscaping, a recreation center, and a park with a gazebo and barbecues. All homes are single-story at The Fairways, where four floor plans measure from 1,531 to 2,300 square feet with three or four bedrooms. Two-car garages are standard. Homes are priced from $158,990. To visit the site, take Interstate 515 to Flamingo Road, go east past Boulder Highway, then turn left into the gated community. The sales offices and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.
