Warmington sponsors appliance giveaway

As an incentive for early buyers, Warmington Homes Nevada is offering a free appliance package to those who purchase a condominium before the grand opening of models at the Antigua development in the southeastern valley.

The package is comprised of a washer, dryer and refrigerator.

The builder is also offering early buyers as much as $1,500 toward closing costs when they finance through its preferred lender.

The gated complex's two floor plans, measuring 1,056 and 1,156 square feet, are priced from $89,990.

A temporary sales center is open, and the model homes are expected to open in mid-January.

During the preview phase, buyers may tour the models while they are under construction only by appointment.

"We are very enthusiastic about our homes at Antigua," Greg Oberling, president of Warmington Homes Nevada, said.

"Because we think buyers will be too, we wanted to begin attracting attention to the neighborhood right away. For that reason, we are hosting this special preview phase and are offering these very attractive pre-model opening incentives for buyers who purchase now."

The Jamaica plan has two bedrooms and two baths, while the Aruba features three bedrooms and two baths.

Both offer separate living and dining rooms; a gas fireplace; kitchen with maple cabinetry, ceramic-tile counter tops, gas range/oven and dishwasher; and an owner suite with a bath and walk-in closet.

Each unit also includes a balcony or patio with storage space.

Homes include concrete-tile roofs, bullnosed drywall corners, window blinds, and stucco exteriors with wrought-iron accents.

Community amenities include landscaped common areas, walkways, two pools, a spa and clubhouse.

To visit the development, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue, travel south to Silverado Ranch Boulevard, go west to Maryland Parkway, drive south to Cactus Street and then head west, following the signs.

The sales office is open Thursday through Monday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
