Christopher Homes' Bellacere offers home along a golf course

Christopher Homes' Bellacere is the only neighborhood offering custom-home sites along the TPC at The Canyons golf course in Summerlin, according to Mark Stuhmer, director of custom-home sales for the builder.

"Our home sites are spectacular, including many with panoramic fairway and double-fairway views, as well as views of the Las Vegas skyline and the surrounding mountains," Stuhmer said. "Each home backs onto either the golf course or a private linear park that traverses the neighborhood, which provides added privacy for all homeowners. As an extra benefit, we also offer buyers the luxury of combining two custom-home sites to create a private estate as large as one acre in size. It is a lifestyle that you must see to truly appreciate and the opportunity is limited, as only 60 homes will be built in Bellacere."

The guard-gated neighborhood features homes priced from $650,000 to more than $3 million. Home sites measure about one-half acre and highlights include entry monuments, a guard house, neighborhood park, tennis court, play area and landscaped open areas.

The builder also offers customizing options such as basements, elevators, detached casitas, wine cellars and fireside courtyards. Complete in-house architectural design and interior design services are provided to each buyer.

Financing options for the buyer include a program that requires only a single loan application process for the purchase of both the home site and home. Clients can also opt to purchase their home site, procure a construction loan and then convert to a permanent loan upon completion of the home.

To visit the neighborhood, take Summerlin Parkway west to Town Center Drive, head south to Alta Drive, then go east.

The center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
