Christopher utilizes European-style architecture at Vineyards

A terraced location, views of the valley and European-style architecture contribute to the lifestyle offered at Christopher Homes' Vineyards neighborhood in Summerlin, according to sales agent Karen Gaines.

The guard-gated enclave of one- and two-story homes is being built on one-quarter acre to one-third acre home sites in The Arbors village. Four floor plans are available, ranging from 3,072 to 5,000 square feet.

Homes are priced from the mid-$300,000s.

"The hillside location and terraced home sites in Vineyards add to the European-feel of this neighborhood," Gaines said. "Many of our home sites offer panoramic views of the Las Vegas skyline, and there are also valley views from a number of vantage points within Vineyards.

"Homeowners can enjoy strolling through the private linear park, which traverses the neighborhood and winds its way through a series of elegant plazas with lush landscaping, fountains and benches. Our linear park also links conveniently through a keyed entry with Summerlin's Paseo Park, which allows residents to walk or bike to two nearby city parks without having to cross a single street."

Gaines said the homes incorporate such features as motorcourts, balconies, and courtyards with fireplaces. Some home sites feature terraced back yards.

Hundreds of options are available, including casitas/detached guest quarters, secondary owner suites, extra bedrooms and baths, bonus rooms, libraries, and wet bars.

Each home buyer receives free consultation with an on-site architectural designer and interior designer at the builder's design center.

To visit the neighborhood, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive and turn left. Turn right on Hualapai Way and proceed to Laurelglen Drive.

The sales office and model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
