Buyer bonuses offered at Villa Sedona

Special 0holiday savings are being offered at Villa Sedona, a townhome development in the southeastern valley. A bonus worth as much as $3,000 is available with the purchase of select Plan Five homes, which can be ready for occupancy within 30 days.

Plan Five is the most versatile of the development's five floor plans, according to marketing director Darlene Bourland. The two-story home measures 1,797 square feet with three bedrooms upstairs, three baths, and an optional fourth bedroom or family room downstairs. The home is priced from $138,950.

"The owner can opt for the maximum number of bedrooms, or use the extra space for such luxuries as optional lofts, dens, home offices, exercise rooms, art studios and a number of other possibilities," Bourland said.

The developer, Trident Homes of Nevada, is also offering a free washer and dryer with select homes that close escrow within 60 days, according to Bourland.

Floor plans range from 1,176 to 1,876 square feet, and are priced from the low $120,000s.

Interiors feature ceramic-tile flooring at entry, light fixtures, appliances, recessed lighting and laundry areas.

Shared amenities include a swimming pool and spa. All homes have private back yards, while front-yard landscaping is handled through the homeowners association.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Warm Springs Road, head east to Eastern Avenue then go south two blocks. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Trident has been building homes locally since 1994.
