Realty agents bus across town to Seven Hills
About 30 agents from a realty office in Summerlin recently took part in a guided bus tour of the Seven Hills community in Henderson. Sponsored by Silver Canyon Partnership, the developer of Seven Hills, the tour began with a catered lunch at the sales pavilion, where the group received an overview of the neighborhoods open for sales in the community. Afterward, participants boarded a bus for a tour of the production-home and custom-home neighborhoods, as well as the amenities completed within the 1,300-acre community. The bus tour was led by Samantha Bonham, community marketing manager, and Alex Cordero, vice president of planning and engineering. Bonham said realty agents noted the community's wide choice of housing options, city and golf course views, parks, trails and landscaping. "Realtors are valuable allies to our Seven Hills builders and we are constantly working on new ways to keep them updated on new products, releases, closeouts and other important information relating to this community," Bonham said. The community offers a range of single-family homes priced from the $130,000s to more than $330,000. About 45 floor plans are on display. Also available are custom-home sites priced from $180,000 to $950,000. Neighborhoods open for sales are: Renaissance, Riviera, Crescendo and Presidio by Pardee Homes; Palermo West, Capistrano and Naples by Kimball Hill Homes; Villagio by Primack Homes; the Venezia and Terracina custom neighborhoods by Silver Canyon Partnership; and Corcovado Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. Palazzo Monte by U.S. Home is planned. More than one-third of the total acreage of the community is allocated for open areas, including parks with tennis and basketball courts, softball and soccer fields, and playgrounds. Information regarding new homes and custom home sites can be obtained at the community sales pavilion, which is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The pavilion is located just inside the community on Seven Hills Drive, which is half a mile west of Eastern Avenue, off of St. Rose Parkway.
