Few homes remain in Green Valley Ranch
Only a few neighborhoods are still open for sales at Green Valley Ranch, a master-planned community in Henderson. Although the community is near closeout, there are still several advantages for prospective buyers, according to Dan Naef, vice president of community development for American Nevada Corp. "The most obvious advantage is that Green Valley Ranch is in such an advanced stage of development. It truly offers a complete living environment," Naef said. "Many fine neighborhoods are completed, residents have use of a wide range of recreational amenities, and important commercial facilities are within easy reach of every neighborhood. It's a wonderful location for families, or for any buyer looking for more than just a home, but an outstanding lifestyle as well." Neighborhoods open for sales are: Castle Rock Estates and Mystic Bay by Richmond American Homes, Meritage by Capital Pacific Homes, and Carriage Lane by U.S. Home. Prices start from the $160,000s. Community amenities include city parks, neighborhood parks, walking and jogging trails and shaded rest areas. The 38-acre Henderson Promenade and Special Events Plaza is planned. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Green Valley Parkway and head south.
