Agent moves into Stonehaven
Nancy Storey, a real estate agent, became the first homeowner at Stonehaven at MacDonald Highlands by purchasing a Belleisle model. "In my 21 years in the real estate business, which includes working with new-home sales and builders all over the Las Vegas Valley, I have never been more impressed with the attention and quality of service provided by the on-site construction and project managers," Storey said of the home-buying process at the neighborhood. Developed by Toll Bros., the guard-gated golf course community is located within the master plan of MacDonald Highlands in Henderson. Residents will have access to three neighborhood parks, tennis and volleyball courts, a playground, picnic facilities, and five miles of trails. The Belleisle model features a foyer with a coffered ceiling, and looks onto the great room. The island kitchen includes a pantry and adjoins the breakfast area, and the dining room is highlighted by a semicircular wall of windows. Two walk-in closets are featured in the owner bedroom, while the owner bath includes a spa and separate shower. Other models at the neighborhood are the Edinburgh, which features a downstairs owner suite, and the Haddington, which has a courtyard and turret entry. Both are two-story models. Prices start from the low $400,000s. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Valle Verde Drive, turn right and proceed to the community gates. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Toll Bros. is also developing the Woodlands, Heritage Glen and Wood Glen neighborhoods in Summerlin, and Buckingham at Queensridge.
