Sales start at Turnberry Associates' Madison Towers

Home sales start this month at Madison Towers, a $250 million high-rise development to be built at Paradise Road and Karen Avenue.

The twin 28-story tower project offers homes ranging from 1,000 to 1,800 square feet with one, two or three bedrooms. Prices range from the low $200,000s to more than $700,000.

Planned amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, two lighted tennis courts, a fitness center, and meeting and party rooms.

The developer, Turnberry Associates, is also building Turnberry Place, a luxury high-rise development located on Paradise Road, north of Desert Inn Road. When complete, it will comprise four 40-story towers with homes priced from $450,000 to more than $4.5 million. Floor plans range from 1,550 to more than 8,000 square feet with two, three or four bedrooms.

The first tower is nearly sold out; the second is about two-thirds sold. Sales for the third tower start this month.
