Terra West nears completion on office project

Construction is nearly complete on Flamingo Professional Courtyard, a $5 million medical/office building in the southeastern valley.

Terra West Realty & Development has scheduled occupancy of the building for January 2001.

The two-story, U-shaped project features 37,850 square feet of space and is located on East Flamingo Road, just east of Pecos-McLeod.

Established in 1989, Terra West Realty & Development and its affiliates have constructed and managed numerous commercial and residential properties in Southern Nevada.
