Pageantry's Black Hawk down to last four phases

Pageantry has only four phases left to sell at its Black Hawk condominium development in North Las Vegas.

Outdoor amenities include a gated private entry, a one-acre park, a community pool and spa, a barbecue and picnic area, and a playground area.

Standard features in all units include open floor plans, designer tract lighting, phone and cable outlets in all rooms, raised panel doors, vaulted ceilings, vinyl-coated wire shelving in all closets, hand finished walls, ceilings with rounded corners, and ceramic-tile entries. The kitchens include cabinetry in a choice of finishes, all with hidden hinges, spacious pantries, and quality appliances. The master suites feature an open design and include vanities, dual sinks, and full-width mirrors.

Floor plans for the two-story condominiums range from 1,071 to 1,383 square feet, starting from the high $100,000s. Plans available include two or three bedrooms, two or 2 1/2 baths, and a one- or two-car garage. Oversized lots are available in plans Two and Three.

"We strive to offer our home buyers the best value possible for their money," said Robyn Kinard, marketing manager for the home builder. "In fact, when using Pageantry's preferred lender, home buyers will receive a brand new washer and dryer, refrigerator, electric garage door opener and vertical window blinds when purchasing a condo at Black Hawk."

To visit the welcome home center, take Interstate 15 and exit left on Craig Road, right on Losee Road, right on Azure Avenue, left on Walnut Road, and right on Centennial Parkway.
