Toll Bros. proud of work in Summerlin

Toll Bros. takes pride in its strong presence within the Summerlin master-planned community, according to company executive Gary Mayo.

The builder has four neighborhoods within the community: Heritage Glen and Wood Glen in the Willow Creek village, Rosemont in The Gardens village and Monterossa in The Vistas village. A fifth neighborhood is expected to be announced within the next several months.

Homes in Heritage Glen range from 3,350 to 4,359 square feet and start from the $400,000s. There are three floor plans.

Wood Glen offers four floor plans measuring from 2,650 to 3,791 square feet with prices starting from the $300,000s.

Both neighborhoods offer features such as six-foot spa tubs in the owner baths, island kitchens, coffered ceilings and optional built-ins.

Rosemont features four floor plans ranging from 2,651 and 3,608 square feet. Amenities include garden rooms, courtyards and owner suite retreats. Prices start from the $300,000s.

Plans for Monterossa include 121 homes in four floor plans. Designed with European-inspired architecture, the homes range from 2,120 to 3,100 square feet and are priced from $262,975. The homes feature entry courtyards and three-car garages. Models are expected to open in March.

All of the sales offices are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., except Monterossa, which is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Information about the neighborhoods can be obtained at Summerlin's home finding center, which can be reached by taking Sahara Avenue west, past Hualapai Way to Town Center Drive. Or, by taking Interstate 215 to Sahara.
