Acacia Plan 1101 and Acacia Plan 1102 are single-story homes measuring 2,155 and 2,503 square feet, respectively. A design studio can assist buyers with options and upgrades. In addition, the Sunsation program allows for options such as structural changes and additions, swimming pools, custom landscaping, patios, and lighting designs.

The community is adjacent to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and provides residents several amenities.

A 44,000-square-foot clubhouse features a pro shop, banquet facilities, a boardroom and two dining rooms, while a separate sports club offers fitness equipment, saunas, steam rooms, an aerobics studio, locker rooms, massage therapy and a supervised children's play center.

An aquatic center features several pools, a spa, a splash-and-spray mini-park and outdoor grill, and a tennis facility has nine lighted hard-surface courts.

The community also is home to the first of two 18-hole golf courses designed by Arnold Palmer, as well as a double-ended driving range, putting green and chipping areas.

To visit, take Sahara Avenue west, past Town Center Drive, and follow the signs. Or, take Interstate 215 to Sahara and go west. Models are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
