One is the Pacific Heights, a corner lot home that measures 3,096 square feet. It features four bedrooms, 2 3/4 baths and a three-car garage. Also featured is an upstairs bonus room, a den, family room with fireplace and media niche, and an adjoining kitchen with a breakfast nook.

The home is priced at $293,030.

Located on the end of a cul-de-sac, the two-story Beverly Hills design measures 3,558 square feet and features four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a first-floor bonus room. The interior also includes a formal dining and living room with pillared accents, and a kitchen with an island, pantry and nook that opens to the family room. The loft can be used as a second family room, retreat or game room, while the owner suite contains a double-door entry and walk-in closet. Prices start at $303,090.
