Stillwater Canyon down to two home sites

U.S. Home's Stillwater Canyon neighborhood, located in the southwest, is in its final phase of development with seven home sites remaining, according to the builder, and two homes are available for immediate occupancy.

One is the Pacific Heights, a corner lot home that measures 3,096 square feet. It features four bedrooms, 2 3/4 baths and a three-car garage. Also featured is an upstairs bonus room, a den, family room with fireplace and media niche, and an adjoining kitchen with a breakfast nook.

The home is priced at $293,030.

Located on the end of a cul-de-sac, the two-story Beverly Hills design measures 3,558 square feet and features four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a first-floor bonus room. The interior also includes a formal dining and living room with pillared accents, and a kitchen with an island, pantry and nook that opens to the family room. The loft can be used as a second family room, retreat or game room, while the owner suite contains a double-door entry and walk-in closet. Prices start at $303,090.

Homes at the neighborhood range from 2,550 to 4,500 square feet. Standard features include three-car garages, granite counter tops, oak cabinetry, built-in double ovens, porcelain sinks, ceramic-tile flooring at entries, as well as tile highlights in baths and showers.

To visit, take Tropicana Avenue to Fort Apache Road, then go south to Mesa Vista Avenue and turn right. Models are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
