Pardee adds to lineup at Rancho Las Palmas

Sagewood is Pardee Homes' newest neighborhood under development in Rancho Las Palmas, a southeastern valley community.

"Rancho Las Palmas was designed for healthy family living with Hidden Palms Park, ball fields, three recreation centers with three swimming pools, jogging paths, a playground and picnic grounds, and courts for tennis, volleyball and basketball," Pardee sales executive Ray Landry said.

Sagewood offers single- and two-story floor plans, ranging from 1,383 to 2,557 square feet with as many as five bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage.

Homes are priced from the low $160,000s to the low $200,000s.

When Sagewood is complete, there will be about 125 acres remaining to be developed in Rancho Las Palmas. Pardee plans an additional 575 homes by buildout, which is expected in 2005. Landry said there will be about 3,000 families living in 13 neighborhoods when the community is completed.

Rancho Las Palmas is also home to the neighborhoods of Marbella, Barcelona, Castile, Las Flores, El Encanto, Crest Ridge, San Marin, Bermuda Greens, Serenade and Crystal Bend.

To visit Sagewood, take Interstate 215 to Windmill Lane and turn right. Proceed to Bermuda Road, turn left and follow the signs. The sales office and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
