Homes ready for move-in at Ravello

Ravello, a European-designed neighborhood located at Lake Las Vegas Resort in Henderson, offers a resort lifestyle and homes with golf course views, according to the builder.

The lakefront enclave, a development of Dempsey Construction, is comprised of 24 homes, several of which are available for immediate closure and move-in. Among them are locations that overlook the Reflection Bay golf course.

"We incorporate dedication to design excellence, the finest construction quality and a concern for the unique environments in everything we build," company president Linda Dempsey said.

The neighborhood showcases three models, and prices range from $501,000 to $539,000.

The two-story Casa Albertina model measures 2,345 square feet, while the Capri measures 1,972 square feet. Both models contain three bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, while the Lazio measures 2,014 square feet with three bedrooms and three baths.

Residents at the gated neighborhood are provided with concierge service, as well as other services such as housekeeping, landscape/pool maintenance, car wash, interior plant care, personal shopping, grocery shopping, floral delivery, baby sitting, pet sitting and airport transportation.

The builder also provides homeowners with a complimentary membership to the Lake Las Vegas Resort Yacht & Beach Club, which includes use of the Beach Club pool, hot tub, beach and clubhouse; athletic facility; access to a personal trainer; and discounts at the Hyatt Regency Hotel or the marina.
